The Spas are way to pricey, no couples package so you’re basically spending money for 2 and still have to pay extra $40 fee to book same room to be in which is ridiculous.Pros: I stayed in Great Cedar, the hotel rooms are spacious, not to tiny when I called the front desk to make the complaint, they sent up a bellman with a new card to be placed in a new room within 5-10 minutes which I loved, showed they really cared about my concerns and didn’t have me waiting. I didn’t like that we had to pay to enter the club when we are already guests on the resort, and there is no complimentary breakfast AT ALL. No one told us anything as in the front desk, I think they should have an entertainment flyer for the week at the front desk so that the guests knows everything, we only found out after because I checked the website on our downtime. Because of the resort being so big, we missed a lot of their events such as smoke hookah night and karaoke night. Great cedar pool is tiny so always went to Grand Pequot. Food is wayyyyyy to expensive on the resort, better off driving to a restaurant off site. Cons: My bathroom curtain was dirty when I first arrived, the water in the bath tub wasn’t going down right away because of the drainage in the shower and the refrigerator wasn’t working properly.
